Question / Help Rotate Vertical Text 180 Degrees

Is it currently possible to rotate vertical text 180 degrees so that the top of the text is on the left side instead of the right?

Seconded, this would be nice to have. Same with inverted text to have upside-down lettering across the top of the screen. Possibly a 'rotation' value box, 0-359?
