Question / Help Rocket league pixeling

Hello i have a problem with streaming rocket league. If i stream other games like world of warcraft, gta v, rust, cs:go so these games are not pixeling. But when im trying stream rocket league its pixeling so much and buffering for each one. I was tried so many settings, one from my friend who have same cpu like me, but didnt help me.

Many rocket league streams have similar problem with compression artifacts from high motion and detailed grass.
The more motion and more details there is, the worst the quality it may appear.

Downscale in classic OBS might not be so good, maybe try downscale to 960x540 or a half width, half height downscale.
