Question / Help Rising Thunder in fullscreen mode in OBS

I'm using OBS and when I try to stream from fullscreen mode it just captures a black screen. If I put the game in windowed mode it will capture the game fine, but there is lag in windowed mode so I'd like to avoid that. Has anyone had this problem, and is there a solution? Any advice is appreciated.
