I only started livestreaming less than a month ago, so I'm not familiar with the ins and outs of it just yet. In my most recent stream, I added a webcam for the first time and noticed that the image freezes at a constant pace of stopping for about 2 seconds every 3 seconds, meanwhile the voice remains normal.
I did some googling to try and find an answer but had no luck.
A few results seemed like they had a similar issue, but they were either very old and using a now far outdated version of OBS, or they used terms that are beyond my extremely, extremely basic understanding of this sort of thing.
I'd really appreciate it if someone would be able to explain the issue (and possibly also the solution) to me in layman's terms.
