Question / Help Resolution

How do I make my input setting 1600x900 but have the output 1280x720. In Xsplit, it's real easy to do this, but I have no clue how to do it with OBS.
 
Set your base resolution to 1280x720 with no downscale, and then just resize everything in the OBS window. Right-click -> Fit To Screen is your friend :)

If it's a Game Source, select "Stretch to Fit" in game source properties.
