Question / Help resolution downscale or reducing ingame resolution

Right to the point: What would deliver the better picture for my viewers. Resolution Downscale with Obs or ingame resolution reduction and less downscale?

Resolution downscale in OBS would end up being better because you're starting from a higher quality source material.

downscale always. just to note, bilinear will look sharper than lanczos. lanczos will look dithered and less edgy, smoother if you will.
