I'm having a hard time understand the difference between base resolution and resolution downscale.
I'm trying to stream CSGO, my monitor is 1920x1080 but I play CS (game input) at 1600x900.
I want to stream at 720p, do I leave the base as 1080 and downscale to 720p? I feel like it would stretch
my 1600x900 to 1920x1080 first and THEN downscale, which seems wrong :S
