Hi,

I was seeking for a solution to do slow motion replays. Since I use a Mac I did not find a way to use your NDI trick.

So I wrote a tiny script in NodeJS that watch the folder where the replays are stored and creates slow motion versions of incoming video files.

You can find my project here: https://github.com/nicolasespiau/slowmotion-converter

Hi, i've just set it up, and it works fine so far. Still i have questions.... I have 3 cams connected with blackmagic design i/o cards. Is it possible to have a replay with the 3 cams buffer, and not just the one active ? Here's my problem : i have 2 cams to get the 2 goal cages, and one central cam to get the main action. When a goal is scored, i will need a replay for the main cam and the cam of the goal cage where there was a shoot scored. Is it kind of challenge ? ;)

Thanks for your answer...

Hi!

OBS is only able to buffer the last seconds of the live view.
I don't see any solution to do what you need to do with OBS.

Hi,

Do you have Docker installed?

If so then you just have to build the image `docker build -t local/slowmotion-converter` and then run it `docker-compose up -d`

Contact me if you need more help.

Hi! I was searching for the slow motion feture in media source. I tried the Replay Source plugin which is excellent but my computer is very old and can't handle all the tasks withoug lagging a lot (gaming, streaming, replay buffer, slow mo... )

Now I'm using the Instant Replay script and it works perfect without lagging but I miss the slow motion feature. Is any plugin been developed since this was posted? I guess a media source slo-mo plugin would do.

Ok. My bad. I found it in the 'properties' section. I was searching the wrong place. Thanks anyway!

Where can I get the replay puglin I’m using mac and I spent like 7 hours trying to figure out the one I downloaded but cannot get it to work

Hi,

I'm still building my OBS setup, and now working on the replay. A first question is : is it possible to lower the video replay speed so it can be something like 66% of the original speed ?

TIA
S.
Honestly, I just use online video editors. If I have a green screen effect or something I want to use but is too slow, then I edit it into a new file online or with a simple video editing program like windows movie maker or somethibg
