So i am a minecraft youtuber and i record in 180 fps for smooth renders. I was editing my 200 sub montage when i realised something odd.
when going through my replasy biffer clips frame by brame it appeared that 1/3 frames was a new frame and the other 2 were duplicate ( 60 fps)
Is this a minecraft, obs or premiere pro issue? lmk
