I'm using the recommended settings for local recording and a 60 second buffer. I'm only running the replay buffer while playing Planetside 2 and after maybe fifteen minutes my framerate plummets to ~10 fps until I turn the buffer off. Turning it back on works as it initially did, but the performance hit comes sooner. Log attached. If I need to tweak my OBS settings, please let me know.
