Question / Help Repeating audio with avermedia live gamer hd?

Maybe I'm just stupid and missed something important while setting everything up, but everything worked fine with Obs and my new capture card, except my viewers were experiencing an echo, Whether it was me speaking or receiving a message on my PS4, the audio will repeat, repeat, repeat, after x amount of time.
Say I said "Hello!" x amount of time goes by, and the "hello!" would repeat, the same amount of time goes by and it will do it again, around 5 or 6 times I believe. So it isn't as if it's repeating infinitely.
Frankly; I'm stumped, but I'm also not horribly tech savvy. Any and all help is openly appreciated.

Thanks Harold, my viewers were being bitches telling me there was a repeat in audio, so when i played my stream the audio would repeat.
I figured it out :)
