Rendering Lag while streaming, but GPU usage at 40%.

Hello, I normally stream at 1080p / 60fps. Haven't had an issue with a game at these settings for quite some time.

I play games on all ultra settings at 1440p, with frames globally capped at 100 fps. I wanted to test out Starfield on stream, and holy hell the rendering lag went through the roof. 20% of frames missed due to rendering lag. My GPU is at 45% utilization though. What gives? Only 55 Celsius. Please help!

It should be noted that when I change it to 30fps, I don't get any rendering lag. But I have been streaming at 60 fps for quite sometime, playing every other game on ultra settings with no issue.

My concern is that rendering lag is GPU related, but my GPU isn't even being taxed. It's not even at 50%. Anyone dealt with this before?
I would appreciate any help. Thanks!

You should uncheck that rescale output box, you're already doing that with the Video settings. Profile High. If no improvement post a log.
