Yeah so basically i accidentally removed OBS From the Windows 10 "Hotbar" And Then Boom Won't Work again.. I tried Everything ! I Deleted OBS All Files Downloaded again.. never working.. I'm youtuber and i need this Program! PLS ANSWER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
by "deleted OBS" you mean you uninstalled or just deleted the folder? with OBS, and pretty much any program past windows 95, you should do a proper uninstall. now don't know what is wrong with your PC, but it sounds like you mess some things up pretty badly.
uninstall from programs and features in control panel then reinstall OBS.
you can also safely remove the %appdata%\OBS folder then when OBS starts, it will remake it but it will clear all your scenes. be very careful about what you remove in %appdata%.
