Reinstalled OBS and now drops frames in my recordings.

@rockbottom turns out the rabbit hole goes deeper. My PC doesn't show a boot splash so I can't access BIOS. I feel like I am going insane. Is BIOS the only way you know of getting OBS to not priorities my GPUi instead of my 2070?

Although my gut is saying something bad happened internally. While most things are fine, Spotify's been unable to play any music (just says Spotify can't play this right now) and my OBS disintegrated. If I knew moving my PC from the left side of my desk to the right would cause such damage I would have left it there.

Where are the monitors physically connected? They both should be connected to the 2070 & nothing should be connected to the HDMI out on your mobo, leave that empty.

You may need to get somebody that knows their way around the inside of a PC case. It could be something stupid, like your GPU came unseated or a wire got knocked loose.

Restarted OBS and got this in log

has it finally booted with the right GPU?

@rockbottom omfg... my monitors were connected to the mobo. Ig this is what you get for moving a PC late at night. Display Capture now isn't black for my preview, and OBS loaded up for a second and third time with 2070 GPU. Seems nothing beats plain old human stupidity. I'll test some recordings and see whether they lack or not. I'll report back whether it's good or bad news. Thanks so much for the help (again)
