A buddy just texted me today wanting to offload his 2 year old FX-4300 system for $100 bucks. I can't help but jump on it. Its a steal at that price.
The PC in question is likely this one here: (I can't remember what I had him buy back then)

I know, IBP, yuck. I wanted to build him one but he was against it.
Anyway, my main system can handle streaming fine (FX-8350, 8GB w/ GTX 970) but I would love to offload the weight of OBS onto another machine. This system is the right price and honestly, I'll be buying it either way.
If I decide to pick it up, would it be able to handle streaming on that CPU? I don't need 720p60fps because I stream on azubu and 60fps is not supported. If it can't handle the streaming, should I up the CPU to an FX-6300/6350? I'd imagine the 6300/6350 could do 60fps.
I'd prefer not to spend the money but hey, this system is $100 with the monitor. I really can't complain.
