The square goes from red to green and back says Im dropping frames.

I guess it is my internet but whenever I check it I get the same results as if the stream is going fine:

What is the issue, started happening in the last 2 weeks? Log from my OBS is in the file

What is going on then

your connection is stalling:

you can run this tool for your region and show screenshots of the results:

I did that, cant do it right now since the internet is fine, the results are pretty much as always, no ping at all at Prague my main city....

Like all internet results are okay download upload, my ping connection everything, yet the square goes from green to red its mostly red and bitrate starts being insanely unstable

This might be because of you using minimize network impact. try uncheck and use disable network optimizations instead.

Sort of. latency seems high to server but other than that your quality is 64% which isn't ideal for constant stream but not unheard of. your bitrate you are using is fine so I dont know what else it could be other than the occasional ISP traffic causing issues.

Streaming needs a constant flow of data so when that data is stalled, stream is cut off. so what happens next is that the end results in a pause in the stream and ruins the live feed. this is different than just watching a youtube video where it will buffer ahead of time up to the full video. buffering is done to minimize this but what your log showed was that data was stalling several times at 1400kbps.
