Bug Report Recurring crashes

Hello!

I've been experiencing crashes with obs, it always happens with a specific setup. I'm always streaming the binding of isaac afterbirth, most of the time it works well. However, whenever I try to add an item tracker to the mix, it's a guaranted crash within a few minutes. You can find it at https://github.com/Hyphen-ated/RebirthItemTracker/releases though I doubt the tracker itself is causing trouble, a lot of streamers are using it.

Im joining logs and the minidump, if you can help me having a stable setup for this please it would be greatly appreciated, else I'll manage and I'm happy if the crash report is helping in any way.

Upon reading the logs I noticed I was using the 32 bit version of OBS for no particular reason. I just switched to 64 bit and streamed for 16 minutes with no trouble. I have been able to stream few time without crash so I wouldn't call it a fix yet, time will tell.

Nope, it was a lucky shot, it won't stay stable more than a few seconds.

reinstall your video card drivers. (both intel and nvidia, get them from the intel and nvidia sites, use display driver uninstaller to remove them first)

Alright, I tried reinstalling my drivers without using display driver uninstaller (I read known issues on their forum and didn't like it) and it made things worse. Now the game crash the instant i start a preview/record/stream with obs. I'm gonna format my computer and get a fresh install because it's long overdue.

After a clean full reinstall of my system and drivers no luck, still crashes the game. I'm down to a nasty screen grab for recording and streaming. I guess the fact that my screen is plugged to the motherboard and not to the graphic card may be a factor, I have no other way to do it the graphic card doesn't have the necessary plug. What I don't understand is that I used to be able to stream and record using a game capture and it worked just fine, the issue with my setup shifted somehow.
