Question / Help Recordings have weird "blur"all the time

You're not going to be able to avoid the bluriness at twitch's bitrate limits.

If you want to avoid the bluriness in your recordings and stream and record at the same time you're going to NEED to switch to studio.

OBS Studio. The one where all the development time has been focused for the past year plus.

The version you're on is dead development-wise.
