Question / Help Recordings don't "focus" when the game is moving

When I'm recording league of legends, if i have my replay paused, the recording is nice and crisp. When i start to move the replay camera the recording becomes pixelated and fuzzy as though it isn't in "focus" and when i stop moving it again, it goes back into "focus" and is crisp. Whats my issue?
