Hi there, I'm having a really strange, frustrating issue when recording with OBS.
I have set up OBS properly in order to record, as shown in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6O_tZVCxVzU
When I start a recording, an unfinished .MP4 file shows up in my destination folder, as it should.
When I stop recording, the file is completed, along with a thumbnail of the footage.
Then, when I try to play back the recording, my video playback program (VLC and a few others I tried) opens but nothing happens. I made sure the playback programs weren't the issue.
SOMETIMES, though, the recording plays back. But the odds of this happening are about 20 to 1.
Is there anything I might be forgetting? Anybody else have experiences like this, before? I'm getting seriously frustrated by the randomness of it occurring.
