so my new rig isn't exactly a cheap set up but no matter what settings i try my streams are just stuttering constantly to the point ive had to give it up for the time being. as the title says my recordings are super smooth and nice to watch.

stream settings are basically the same except i have a bitrate in there of 4000 for facebook, after an upload test this is the best bitrate for me according to nvidia forums. but still my streams are just awful. im basically a newbie when it comes to understanding all this stuff but any help would be great.
