So I'm getting a good deal on a RX 470 and a RX 580 4gb variants. I'm wondering if I should avail it. I intend to use it with an i5-4570. I believe it will be able to play most games at 1080p60 with settings at High if not ultra. I was wondering if I would be able to play the game but record at 720p30 or 720p60 using OBS and AMD's hardware encoding? (I don't think I can do x264 recording). If the i5 won't cut it, I could get my hands on a 4c8t xeon at not too lower base clock speed than the i5-4570.
