Question / Help recording window and the records stutter.

Hello :)
I would like to record Minecraft and COD, but my records stutter.

• This is in my PC:

1. motherboard: Asus H87 Pro
2. processor: I7- 4771
3. graphic board: gainward 770 2GB
4. working storage: 16 gb DDR3
5. hard disk: 2 TB Seagate HDD

• my settings in OBS:

codification:

1. Encoder: x264
2. Use CBR and Enable CBR padding
3. Quality Balance: 10
   
4. Max Bitrate 20000
5. Buffer Size 0

Broadcast Settings:

1. .mp4

Video:

1. Video Adapter : Nvidia GeForce GTX 770
   
2. Custom: 1920 x 1080 Aspect Ratio: 16:9
3. FPS: 60

Advanced:

1. Use Multithreaded Optimizations
2. Process Priority Class : Normal
3. Allow other modifiers on hotkeys

• x264 CPU Preset: ultrafast
  
• Endcoding Profile: high
  
• Keyframe Interval : 0
  
• Use CFR
• Endcode in Full Range
  
• Allow 61 - 120 FPS entry in video settings
