Question / Help Recording video = Low FPS ingame

Hello guys! My specs:

Intel(R) Core i5 3230M (2.6ghz - 3.2 turbo)
nVidia GeForce GT740M 2GB 128bit
RAM 8GB

I have issue, recently downloaded and installed this program, tried to record game counter strike 1.6 where im locked at 100fps, even with fraps it records it 99 - 100 fps without any lag. But when I added scene to OBS to record game, and I started it my fps drastically dropped and its very lagy, any ideas?

I solved it, for some reasons cs 1.6 was running on integrated gpu (i have optimus technology in laptop) and thats why it had drops now it runs okay. I have second question, why I have 3 video adapters in settings? Check link below:
