Question / Help Recording suddenly not working

Hi,
so I have a setup with the newest OBS release, WIn 7, 8GB RAM, i7 CPU and 2 graphics cards, since I have a laptop, one being an Intel HD graphics 4000 and the other an ATI Radeon HD 7670M. (see log file for further info or ask)
I have been trying to record games locally and didn't have success. Then I tried around and changed the puffer size to 0 and it worked wonders. So I had Space Engineers and Dark Souls recorded at fluent 30fps.
Next day I try to record finally and now I only get 6-10 fps again, just like before I changed the puffer size. I just do not know why, I have not changed a thing.
The games run with on my ATI and so I am forced to use window record.

The main issue the log analyzer found are late frames, about 90%. I do not know how to fix that and why it suddenly happens.

Please suggest possible reasons since I cannot seem to find the error. Thanks in advance.

AMD switchable graphics laptop drivers don't support efficient capturing. It's not your fault, nor OBS' fault. There was no way you could have really known that this would happen beforehand.

The only way around it is to run the game in a borderless/windowed mode, then to use window capture with 'compatibility mode' checked. It's not very efficient, but it works.
