Bug Report Recording + Streaming at the same time = death

If I record and stream on twitch at the same time then when I click stop streaming/recording OBS freezes and I have to restart my computer to get OBS to work again. This makes the recording useless and un-openable.

Several updates have been made since your original post which may have fixed this problem, have you tried again with the latest OBS release?
