Hello. I would like to use OBS for recording and streaming video in 720p @60 fps.
Im working on my settings for 1 week and I cant find a good combination.
My pc specs:
Intel i5 4460 3.2 ghz
Asus GTX 760 2gb 256bit
I use a WD Caviar Black HDD. My ssd is broken...

Can someone (who is really good at PC's and OBS settings) to give me some good settings in Encoding, Video and Advanced settings? Thank you!
I will post my current settings if you need them/ my internet speed with Frankfurt server (I use this for stream)
If i cant stream in 60fps, 30 is good but i want a lag-free stream and gameplay, because this is my main problem. Either the stream is lagging when my gameplay is smooth, or my gameplay is lagging and my stream looks good.
