Rendering lag is GPU overload, in your case iGPU overload. Load reduction is in order.
As far as the recording goes, there is no recording. Encoding lag was over 99%. Your best bet with no dedicated GPU is to only encode a single stream. So if you must stream, set your recording to use the stream encoder. If you're only recording, set the encoder normally.
