Recording Settings for Browser Video

Hello. I was wondering if I could get some help with choosing the best video settings for recording a video in browser with obs using full screen. The monitor is 1920x1200 and the video is playing at 1080. The browser is set to full screen when the video starts. I have the base and output resolution set to 1920x1200 in OBS and the following recording settings:

hvenc
cqp 16
keyframe int 1
preset max quality
profile high
psycho tuning turned on
b-frames 2

(something in this list of settings is setting 2-pass to true in the log files)

This seems to be the best I can do for recording this video. There is no rescaling being done by OBS and the video in the browser has the black bars top and bottom which I'm assuming are from the resolution difference between 1080 and 1200. For the most of it the video looks as good as the original 1080 in browser video but some parts will be blurry like when the object is in the background and further away from the front of the screen. I'm not sure if I'm using the best settings I can or not. Is there anything else I should do? 45 min of video is generating roughly 2.9 or so gigs.

I appreciate any help you can give. Thank you.
