Question / Help Recording settings all very high, yet the video is very blurry

Hey guys,
I recently started recording some videos in Rocket league at pretty high resolutions as I will show you here:
Quality= 10
Max bitrate & buffer size= 3500kb/s
Resolution= 1920x1080
FPS=60
CPU preset= Ultra fast

I have even looked up some guides for the best recording settings and it all pretty much went to these settings.
Now I thought I would be able to watch my video in some high quality but the results of the video quality were these:

I though, maybe this problem is only on rocket league. Boy was I wrong
I recorded some footage of mw2 and here is the real shocker, not only was the quality just as bad but the video just randomly stopped recording the screen but not the sound. Here is the link:

As you can see the video is still pretty blurry and very blurry at some points and it even stops recording in certain games.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Set buffer to 0, use a crf value (like crf=18). The recording skipping frames is most likely due to your computer not being able to encode at 1080p60fps while running the game at the same time.
