Question / Help Recording selected region

How can i record desired selected region in OBS instead of full screen ? I will use OBS for recording and i need to record one region not whole screen .
 
Would window capture work for what you need? Otherwise, set the video dimensions down to however big it needs to be. Hopefully someone else will post a better answer, but you can probably at least get the job done with that.
