Question / Help Recording Randomly Stops When Playing Certain Games

So, when I try to record certain games the recording will randomly stop. Specifically games like The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, Crypt of the NecroDancer, and Skyrim (with a mod that allows you to play in borderless fullscreen).

Binding of Isaac: Rebirth seems to record for about 1-2 minutes before stopping, and Crypt of the NecroDancer and Skyrim seem to record for about 20 minutes before stopping.

I was just wondering if anyone else has encountered a problem like this and if there is a way to fix it?
