Question / Help Recording Quality Extremely Low

I have a quality gaming rig that's able to handle recording videos.

I have it set at 30,000 kb/s for bitrate and running at 60 fps, theres no lag or anything but when I run it through WMM it's extremely low quality, I'm not sure what to do.

Screencaps aren't needed, your settings are all contained in the logfile.
According to the logs, you're trying to record 1080p@30fps, on 1000kbps. Which isn't going to work. Here's a guide to setting OBS up for local recording with minimal impact and maximum quality:

I copied everything that article said and the recording is still low quality.
