Question / Help Recording Output

Is there any way to output the file as anything other than an FLV? Any help would be appreciated.

Never mind, I figured it out, I'm an idiot.

FLV is a limitation with the mac version because we haven't written MP4 support for it yet. Windows version does support MP4 however.
