Question / Help Recording Option Not Available

I just recently got the program and it is working fine for streaming any of my games, however; I cannot seem to use the recording function. The option remains un-clickable no matter what source I am in. Is there a setting I am forgetting? Or do I need to upgrade perhaps? Any and all help would be greatly appriciated

excuse me R1CH im a fricken noob and want to make videos for youtube I have the same problem as sommaren but how do i set the file for the recordings too save too PLZ HELP ME!!!!!
