Question / Help Recording occasionally stutters

Hey guys my recording sometimes just occasionally switches from light stuttering to being completly smooth.
I tried using the log file: https://obsproject.com/logs/u7VPS4wJTulzmVGj but I couldnt find anything, Im probably not experienced enough.
Can you guys find anything for me? Does the log file tell us everything?
If you cant find anything I will upload a video of my recording for better reference and visualisation.

There's nothing in the log to diagnose because no recording is done in the log.

Open OBS. Start recording. Wait until your issue occurs (stutter). Stop the recording. From the Help menu, upload the Current log without quitting OBS.

Ingame everything is fine. Just the recording is stuttering sometimes. Should I try another recording Session again and upload the log? Or how should I go about this?

Yes, you should perform another session and upload the log. There is no session in the log you uploaded, so no information with which to troubleshoot.
