Question / Help Recording local video, output is poor quality

I have tried variations of settings, however, video always comes out looking choppy. Here is a screenshot of the output: http://imgur.com/Jm4mWzM

My screen is 1080, I'm not sure what's wrong. When I have OBS preview the recording, it looks sharp and crisp. Can someone please assist?

I changed my records to match that one as well, I've browsed different places before posting. I have attached the current log.

Your current settings do NOT match up with the guide I linked.
Buffer size is too high.

Also, where are you gauging your image quality from the recordings?

I switched some stuff before realizing, sorry. I'm not sure I understand your question, Harold. See attached, it's on par with the link you've provided me. Thank you.

Like are you checking on youtube or are you checking with a local media player on the local file?

Ah. I sent the output to my desktop, I'm looking at the video using GOM Player, locally, haven't uploaded to Youtube yet but that is my ultimate goal. At the moment, it looks spotty at best, nowhere near even 720.

Nevermind, uploading it to Youtube made it higher resolution (I don't get it). Thanks Harold, appreciate it, have a good day / night.
