i basically just need good settings, im on a windows 10 and i only have quick sync and x264 for encoders, ive tried putting on a different bitrate, ive tried lowering graphics and even tried changing the fps but even though it worked, it used to be 1 frame per 2 min but now is 2 frames per 5 seconds, its still very laggy and i still need good settings, what do i need to change?
