Question / Help Recording lags after the update

I've updated my OBS to v0.625b this morning and it lags.

This screws up all my settings and now I have to figure this out.

To be honest, if you are gonna update, don't change any settings please. This is bad experience....

Anyone can help?.

I'd say it's FPS drop instead of "lag".
