Question / Help Recording lag

I have been recording for the past month and my videos have been laggy but not the game. I am using the recording settings from the guide. I think it may have something to do with my 60hz monitor but here is my log file from my last csgo match.

by the way, i took it for 30 mins and it lagged all the way.

There's nothing in the log that would show a cause of the so-called lag you're seeing in the videos except possibly going to 10 for your crf value. 15 is plenty of quality.

What media player are you checking your recordings with?
