Question / Help Recording Issues

I'm trying to record my Cities Skylines gameplay, but I'm encounteirng a few issues. The game runs fine and smooth, but the recording is anything but. Motion is choppy, at times becomes rather pixelated, and chunks of the screen turn green.

I've no idea what's going on.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Disable CBR and try cpu preset ultrafast. If that doesn't help downscale to 720p.
Or use quicksync, if supported.
