Question / Help Recording isnt working

So, whenever I record a video (through window capture specifically.) I can see it in the OBS Panel, its working correctly and everything.

Then, when I stop recording, it only outputs the audio file, no video, is there a fix for this?

I've completely removed every trace of OBS, and reinstalled, I'm just going to say its something with my PC now.

Tried playing back the file in VLC?
