So I have used OBS before and never had a issue, I have tried reinstalling and going back to default settings and nothing works. Ill tell you whats happening, My game which is csgo for example is hovering around ~170FPS while recording, and no its not stuttering or lagging by any means. I have the recording set to 60FPS and when im recording OBS says its a constant FPS, which is what I set it at (60). When I watch the video, it looks like its being played at 20fps and I have even went to the video description and its says its 60fps. I am using the Nvidia encoder (NVENC H.264). My PC should be 100% able to do this as I have done this before without issue.
