Hey everyone!
I´ve been wanting to Let´s play Minecraft on youtube for years now and finally got the time to do it. (Got a less time intensive Job) But whenever i try to record a bit, it is very blurry, compared to what the game actually looks like. The youtube video coming out of it looks no better. I already tried countless things, settings and tutorials, nothing seems to help. I am frustrated and desperate at this point :( If anyone could help me that would really really help me! PC Specs and OBS log file down below :) CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1500X Quad Core Processor 5.6 GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
16 Gb of RAM
Windows 10 Pro

In Settings->Advanced->Video, set Color Format to NV12.
In Settings->Output set Output mode to Simple. Then, in the Recording part of the Simple output mode window, set Recording Quality to Indistinguishable Quality, Large File Size. Encoder to Hardware (NVENC).
This will give you video quality that cannot be distinguished from the original game.

Thank you for your help! I applied these settings the way you said but it sadly didn´t help. Here is a screenshot of what the game looks like (Bottom) and what the preview as well as the end result of the recording looks like (Preview Window, top)

You seem to capture the game windowed with a somewhat small window size. In your screenshot, your minecraft window is about 854x840 pixels. You tell OBS to scale this up to your canvas size of 1920x1080. This upscaling makes your video look blurry.

If you want to record the native game resolution, you need to make the canvas and output size in OBS the same as the size of the source, and you must not use any Source->Transform->Fit to Screen or Stretch to screen. Instead, right-click your source->Transform->Reset transform. Then adjust the canvas size and output size to the source size.

Another option is to play the game fullscreen with the same resolution of your desktop resolution.
