Question / Help Recording in low fps gives a black screen

um i dont understand, whats classic?
wel i just got the new version, and the video just gets stuck on the first frame. here is log again:

oh thnx, i just put my log file for the new one above
uh well im just trying to get lowest cpu usage and file size, and fps doesnt matter to me, so whats the lowest i could go without having problems? are there any settings that can run low fps better?
