Question / Help Recording in a specific way, video editing software refuses to work with the result file

Hello.

My recording settings are:
Bitrate: 20000
x264 CPU Preset: ultrafast
CRF=0

Is there any way to get Video Editing Software (such as Sony Vegas or Adobe Premiere) work with that kind of file i'm getting?
When i import to Sony Vegas it doesn't even have visuals, but it's better when i import it to Adobe, but it's all monochrome.
