Hello to all,

First, I'm new to broadcasting games, I'm new to OBS (done my 1rst stream last night and planning my 2nd for tonight) and I have a lot of question for you guys...

I bought a Elgato HD60 capture card and I tried to use their software at first but as many of you might know, their software is asking a lot from the CPU, which I was never able to make working properly even after putting CPU into my computer that the one they requiring to stream 1080p games... Anyway, there was an interesting feature in that app allowing you to save the microphone input, the camera and the captured game in different video files while recording. I was wondering if that's possible with OBS right now or if there are a plugin for this available somewhere?

Other that that, I saw that many users have created tools to show Twitch info and I want to ask you guys which one is the best to show the chat, watchers and subscribers. I would really like to know if people are watching the stream or not...

Thanks in advance for all the info and have a nice day!

Currently in OBS Classic as-is, it's not possible to isolate the outputs into different files. You can use other softwares to do this, such as Virtual Audio Cable to isolate and route your mic and desktop sounds into a program like Audacity to record them into their respective channels for post-processing. As for showing twitch info, everyone has their favorite... pic one... If you're new to twitch, don't worry about subs or watchers. Show the chat so they know where you are in the talk... for that, I use nightdev (there's a plethora of tools there), or get a bot like DeepBot or MooBot, Ankhbot, etc... Welcome to OBS!

All right! Thanks man for the answers!!
I'll look into these tools. Also, is there a way to isolate the webcam into another video file? It's just that I don't want it to show when I upload my videos to Youtube.

Thanks again!
