Question / Help Recording Choppy

So I am recording videos for my youtube channel. I experience some fuzziness and a bit of unsmoothing after I am done recording my videos. I tried also playing around with the bit rate but that didn't work, here my log: http://pastebin.com/YcCRn0WY

The recorded footage shouldn't be choppy with that one. Fuzziness may be being introduced by youtube's re-encoding process. Have you checked your recordings using VLC after following the high quality recordings guide?

By opening your raw Footage which you recorded in VLC and watch it

Oh ok I just watched it through vlc and it looks fuzzy also.

If it still looks fuzzy, set your CRF value lower. Its at 20 now, so try decreasing it by 2 at a time until it looks ok.

I will do that, but I feel like it has something to do with my vlr.
