Bug Report RECORDING AUDIO AND VIDEO OUT OF SYNC

I've been having this problem a lot recently where when I try recording something the audio and video will be out of sync.

For some reason, every time there is an update for OBS, initially after I download and install it the audio and video in a recording will go back to normal until I close and reopen OBS.

I've tried changing several settings such as forcing desktop audio to use video timestamps as a base for audio time, as well as reinstalling OBS completely, but nothing seems to work.

Any ideas?

how are you do settings of the devices? are you do proper bits and rates or are they not of the right be how!
