Question / Help Recording and Streaming to Twitch

Hey i'm starting to stream to twitch and record for youtube. the game i'm streaming is League Of Legends.
In game i have a constant 60 fps but when i check OBS its being recorded at about 20-30 fps. i have it set to record at 50fps
Please tell me if its possible to stream. Thank you.

Your CPU, and especially your GPU, are woefully underpowered for 1080p recording, let alone at framerates higher than 30. (50FPS also makes no sense, 48 or 60 if you want to do higher than 30).

You're going to have to downscale, a lot, and it still might not even be enough. Your GPU is just too slow at what OBS needs in order to run properly.
